- Assist with the recruitment process by reviewing applications and resumes.
- Support the HR team in the administration of pay and benefits systems.
- Help organize and manage employee records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
- Engage in project work that supports HR initiatives, such as surveys, audits, and other research projects.
Qualifications:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Demonstrated interest in human resources and the willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment.
Education Requirements:
- Current undergraduate or graduate student majoring in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong academic record.
